In addition to that giant, fat, white furball of a kitty, we have a
dog, Dusty Rose (Dusty, for short), a miniature poodle. Our family lost
a member, Daisy the Old English Sheepdog, in the month of July, 2007.
This is a
picture of me, my mum, Daisy and Dusty at some park up in Colorado.
I also have a fairly obsessive personality. Some of my more prodominant
obsessions have shown to be Harry Potter, Panic! at the Disco and
F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Not only
have I written many fanfics of the Harry Potter sort, but I also have
an extensive collection of all of the books, including at least the
American, British and French version of each of them, and the
collector's edition, Latin and Ancient Greek versions of the Philosopher's Stone. As for F.R.I.E.N.D.S,
I've done some stuff in that area, as well.
Here is a
model of the main appartment in the TV show that I made last summer.
I used to work at the movie theatre 10 minutes from my house, Colorado
Cinemas, since the fourth Harry Potter movie came out,
quite literally. (I got hired hours before the midnight showing, which
I then attended.) I liked working there, and actually, many of the
characters in the story The Protectors are based off of people I met there.
I've gotten lots of posters as a result of my job,
and have rapidly run out of wall/ceiling space in my room. It has the
appearance of being cluttered, but no matter what my parents tell you,
I know exactly where everything is.
I like music a lot. Some of my favourite artists are
Panic! at the Disco, The Starting Line, Jason Mraz, McFly, Gackt,
the Beatles,
Jethro Tull and the Click Five (to name very few of very many). I also
enjoy classic musicals such as Les Misérables and The Phantom of
the Opera, and then the occasional Disney, like Newsies(!!).
This is me and
Brendon Urie, the lead singer from Panic! I'm feeding him ice cream.
I'm also a big movie
fan, which is another reason
working at the theatre came in handy. My favourite movie of all time is
Titanic, a classic no matter what anyone says. It's accompanied by
other masterpieces as Amélie, All the Little Animals, American
Beauty... Oo, you best hope I'm not going in alphabetical order!
I love reading and though I'm frighteningly
unseasoned in many aspects, the four books that changed my life are :
Harry Potter, Ender's Game, Peter Pan and The Girl with the Pearl
Earring.
My top four favourite superficial things in the
entire world are : Harry Potter, Theatre, Panic! at the Disco and
Friends. You know, the good stuff. Though nothing in my life comes
close to being as important as my family (all species included).
